7/26 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


Breakfast:
Oatmeal with cranberries and sliced almonds with a touch of almond milk

Lunch:
My mom roasted me some veggies in grapeseed oil with salt and pepper and made me a nice spinach salad!

Dinner:
Sooo yummy! Vepgan pot pie with frozen mixed veggies & potatoes! As well as bbq cauliflower from www.plantbasedonabudget.com
