7/14 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


Breakfast: My typical oatmeal with cranberries, walnuts, agave nectar and almond milk I added chia seeds as well to fill me up before work!

Lunch: I had a bowl of fruit, a bowl of veggie soup at work 

Dinner: I had a huge dinner! Seaweed salad, left over flaxseed pasta with marinara sauce and daiya cheese, leftover daal soup and organic apples and organic PB
