Breakfast: Oatmeal with a mashed banana, cranberries, raisins, agave nectar and sliced almonds and sliced strawberries on the side.
Lunch: I took home one of First Watch’s new specials the Summer Cherry Chicken Quinoa bowl without goat cheese or chicken and I added broccoli, olives and avocado!
Here is what the dish looks like, I obviously didn’t have mine with chicken or cheese
Small bowl of fruit
2 pieces of whole wheat toast
Some roasted sweet potato, asparagus and cauliflower
Small square of dark chocolate
Small amount of almond milk
Went to the Rays baseball game with my boyfriend and his family. They had a vegan garden burger. I had that, a pickle spear, some raisins, a pear and a hemp seed bar.
