6/30 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


Breakfast: hot eziekel cinammon raisin cereal with bananas and strawberries with almond milk

Lunch: cranberry nut oatmeal from first watch with bananas and a bowl of fruit

Dinner: 4 potato skins with daiya cheese at Veritori’s, butternut squash ravioli with marinara sauce, a small salad

Dessert: banana cupcake with “cream cheese” frosting
