I had oatmeal this morning! 1/2 oats + 3/4 cup water + 1/4 c almond milk (vanilla) + a handful of cranberries and walnuts + one small banana!! I was in vegan heaven!! ❤
I had some vegan dumplings I bought from Earth Origins, a left over salad with organic tomatoes, spinach, arugula and carrots along with some lovely organic blueberries!
