(this is what I’m wearing to my fancy dinner tonight)
Breakfast: I had to work this morning at 8 a.m. so I quickly grabbed a vegan protein bar and headed out. I didn’t get off until 4 p.m. and we don’t take lunch breaks at First Watch so I wasn’t able to eat anything until I got home. I WAS STARVED.
Lunch/snacks: I’m going to a really fancy restaurant and want to save my appetite so I ate 4 leafs of lettuce, 3 green beans, a little bit of grape kombucha (chia seed version of synergy) and a few mixed nuts unsalted as well. I’m going to go all out tonight at dinner I need to eat something substantial with calories!!! CANT WAITT!
Dinner: Bern’s Steak House in Tampa, FL. Last time I went there I wasn’t a vegan! They are known for their steaks (obviously). But I read on one of the chef’s twitter’s that they are vegan-friendly. They have a lot of side dishes with vegetables so I should be fine! Tonight I will definitely remember to take pictures so you guys can see my din din (:
