Does anyone have any suggestions of foods to settle indigestion?


Hi everyone,
I woke up last night like an hour into sleeping and my chest was very tight and I felt the constant need to burp and every time I would swallow I felt like the situation would only get worse… I had to take 3 ultra strength 1000mg tums before I was able to go back to sleep. I think this is because I take my medicine (straterra and birth control) right before I go to bed. So I was wondering if anyone knew things that have worked for them? I’ve tried eating crystallized ginger but I find it so repulsive…
