Tonight my mom made me black beans and rice with red peppers and tomatoes it was a bit bland so I added a little salt. It was just okay not very flavorful but oh well it filled me up! Whenever I have a meal that is just OK, I always say to myself “I must eat to live, not live to eat!” Lol.
Dessert: coconut milk vanilla bean icecream! with no sugar added (still vegan yay(: )
