Meal Tracking Day 1


Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with sliced bananas on top

Pre-lunch: small bell peppers, carrots, and vegan pretzels

Lunch: went to Ionie’s a vegan juice bar and cafe and had a small red “sausage” pizza on a corn tortilla as well as a bread salad with romanesca, zucchini, tomato, sprouts, olives and basil!
